SUbsidiery company with its main activity in Hotel business was founded in 2011 and already in 2012 the first hotel was opened, Apart hotel "Vila Barović and SPA" on Zlatibor mountain. This is a modern mountain hotel with 4 stars and hotel offers a swimming pool with heated water, a coffee bar with terrace, kids playground, parking with video surveillance and a SPA area with Finnish sauna, Jacuzzi, Turkish bath and various massages. 3 years later, in 2015, company opened a second hotel, Hotel HERITAGE in Belgrade. A modern facility with 4 stars is mostly dedicated to business travelers so it offers A la carte restaurant Afeliu, exchange office, rent a car, conference rooms with 20 to 50 seats, parking and garage.
