ITG company has enormous experience and can offer the design and construction of industrial facilities and production halls, as well as special purpose facilities. As a general contractor, we have built tens of thousands of square meters, and many of these projects have been implemented on "turnkey" model. All industrial facilities in the new industrial "Free Zone Smederevo", were built by the company ITG obtained through tender or direct negotiations with private investors from abroad on the basis of reputation and experience of previously constructed buildings in the industrial zone.
We are especially proud on industrial production facility for company PKC Group Finland, that produces cables for car industry, with surface of 20.000m2 along with infrastructure, which we managed to design and build on a "turnkey" for less than 4 months to a full functional handover of the facility to the investor.
We have received special award from the government for helping the process of industrialization and building the city of Smederevo, where this factory was built.
We built facilities for a successful and reputable investors, and some of them are Mercator, PKC Finland, PTC Germany, Carbotech Italy, RosaCatene Italy, NIS, US Steel Serbia, EDB, Globex Canada, JET OIL Serbia etc.
Every facility had their own specific requirements, but despite of the complexity of the project, requested quality and the deadline for completion of works was always achieved. ITG has built facilities with ready-made concrete elements, sandwich insulated panels, steel and concrete construction. There is no system of construction of industrial facilities that we are not familiar with.
